Has anyone ever had any experience in the "collections" business?

No. Thats what I do to "make my G's", I work for a bank and collect on other "delinquent" accounts. Just wondering if anyone else here has experience in that or has done that....have you ever experience that as a cardholder?

So you collect on delinquent accounts. I'm wondering if you could help me. I've been trying to read up on collections law and trying to find the most recent version(s) of different collections laws. I was wondering if you could direct me to an updated source.

Hmmm... I dont know a source as I just get updated on new issues. Most are common sense. This mainly applies for accounts that are still within the bank and not at a third party collections agency or attorney.
Do you have any specific questions? Maybe I can answer them.
