Being you're behaving like a lazy attention whore who wants other people to create a forum for you to spew your ignorance - and because you may suffer from low self-esteem and think no one will participate in threads you create, and because I'm a nice guy, I've done what people with consideration for others and common decency do on discussion forums when they want to bring up a new topic.

As for the 400 million, the contract wasn't with "people that don't like taxes" it was with Clearchannel or whatever. If I understand how it works correctly, Clearchannel earns their income from other businesses who buy advertising on their stations. Those businesses earn their money by selling products to customers who want them. What part of that process do you have a problem with?

Too bad a lot of people here left because you've wrecked every thread. When you are involved, it always ends up a discussion around your topics. Hating Muslims, communists, etc.

I imagine it's only a matter of time before you introduce your standard set of talking points, then try to steer the whole discussion around them.

I'll give you that - to an extent. What can I say? I'm a leader and I'm interesting. I make people think, I challenge them, and some people like that. Others don't. They left.

Your buddy rjwood aka wherespapa is another with an obsession for me. He was so obsessed it apparently led him to some sort of internet nervous breakdown and he got himself banned on a forum where its near impossible to get banned. That was not long after he stuck his finger in an operating treadmill and drew back a stub. What a guy. Oh, the good old days. Its all there in the post history for anyone interested.

Well, unfortunately you troll every thread, to the point that even people that have you on ignore still see you. I think namaran (sp?) pointed that out before he left.

Well, largely I think it has more to do with you constantly mis-characterizing a person's positions, adding a layer of insult. You did that with your own forum, and unsurprisingly everyone left as well. You see... some trolling boost interest short term, but long term, it causes attrition.

I don't recall this person either. Whoever it was, he didn't leave because of me - he left because of himself. I didn't force him to leave any more than I forced him to come. If I have all these great powers of manipulation, do you think its possible I can force people to give me their money?

Odd, my perception is its usually other people mischaracterizing my positions. They have no other way of refuting them.

Usually people are intentionally vague when they make their position (so they have wiggle room to back out because they know how easy it is to refute), or they don't even really know their position, they just have some emotional attitude about something. I'd much rather someone be completely specific and on point if I'm to debate with them.

Ummmmm, no, that's not how it happened. You are having problems with your memory. Fortunately, its all there in the post history. Anyone can go back and look.

Rj had a meltdown. He got banned. He didn't leave.

Orangecrate - I can't say. From what I can tell, he overstepped his bounds as a moderator, was asked not to overstep his bounds, his feelings were hurt, he resigned his post as a moderator in a huff, his future attempts at selling sour grapes were wither laughed at or ignored, and he lost interest.

The thing is, I can't make anyone pay attention to me. I can't make someone read my posts. I can't make someone get frustrated or whatever when they do. These are all decisions they make on their own.

Also, among those who regularly participate here these days, I don't notice many of them complaining about me. Just you. And you don't regularly participate here other than to pop in to try to stir up hate and obsess about me. (as you've done today)

Take user 1.0 for example. She's a person who doesn't like me (or at least my positions) whatsoever from what I can tell. She simply ignores me. She doesn't pay attention to my posts. She'll chime in on a topic if she has something to say, and that's it. This is because she has healthy self esteem.

As for my "invasion of every thread," my participation is what drives others' participation here. Even wheresmyfinger has squandered every last shred of dignity by clinging to his existence here in hopes that I'll stop by his cage and toss him a crumb of my attention now and then. And he's been here longer than I have, either with his rjwood account or his current account.

The "Rasczak virus!" I love it! It might even be something for my sig or custom title, I'll have to think about it. Meanwhile, I'll let you all in on a little secret - the only way to inoculate yourself against the "Rasczak virus" is with intellectual honesty and consistency. Otherwise you'll end up a feeble mess, running away with your tail between your legs.

Last thing: having a meltdown and leaving in a huff is fine, but encouraging other people to leave a forum with you is bad taste.

The thing you fail to get, with regards to tact, is the possibility of error on your part. If you are a dick and drive people off the forum, you're just a dick. It has nothing to do with being right or wrong.

You prove people wrong in your own mind. You might do a follow up survey to see how many opinions you've actually changed. The point of debate is about persuasion, not winning. Most of what you call debate, I just see as brow beating. For example "Surely you're not so dumb as to believe that????" Not persuasive.

My comments have a large grain of truth, whether you see it or not. The biggest waste of tax dollars, is the military. The U.S. spends about as much on the military as the rest of the world combined. Then you want to talk about wealth redistribution? Your enterprise is the leading welfare recipient.

It is also true that I said that truth without any restraint of tact. If you think I'm tactless, you are partly right as well. I naturally mirror the dialog style of the person I talk to. It's so people feel most comfortable. Call me a dick if you want ... you're lookin' in the mirror ol' buddy.
