Hi Kagashe.

Yes I meditate - daily and usually for up to an hour if people are around (my son is 17) and makes a racket sometimes. When alone I sometimes extend my meditation to nearly two hours. I've done Transcendental Meditation, and I practice Tai Chi too and do a sort of waking meditation when I practice Tai Chi.
