Your point is gotten and has been because it is blindingly obvious. Poor screwed-up child with probably a bad domestic situation, hate the sin, not the sinner. Old hat stuff.
In the meantime between his commission of this heinous crime and his improvement, let's keep him out of society at large is what I'm saying.
