And like the rap world, and following Biggie Smalls and Tupac, there are other gansta rap stars flourishing out there, such as 50 Cent, Juvinile, Snoop Dogg, Bow Wow, Master P, and others.
Do you wish that they were dead as well? |
I already said I didn't care less whether Tupac were dead or alive - so I don't see how that would extend to 'I wish they were dead too'.
To answer your inquiry though, I couldn't care less about them either. They are very low grade entertainment workers who are fortunate enough to have a culture available to them that they can exploit for millions. (Note some of them I have never heard of, but if you say they are 'gangsta rap stars' that is good enough to make them nobodies in my eyes).
I'm not a huge fan of rap as a whole - I generally prefer music. But there are skilled and talented people in that field. But funnily enough, the more talented ones I don't see as basing their image on being some kind of pseudo-criminal-idol. A few names that come to mind of more talented rappers ... Run DMC, Public Enemy, Eminem ... even Will Smith.
