Who eats Chinese food, and what particular dises are your favorites?

I particularly like it all, but i can't tolerate all that salt, so I have to ask the restaurants to leave out the MSG. Most will do that if you can't or don't want it in your food.

My doc suggests not eating s whole lot of salt, as it is dangerous for my heart condition and well being!
