Personally I'm not thinking that menstruation and its effects (physically, mentally, emotionally, whatever) is something that should exclude women from any job. If I did, then I'd have to say women in most jobs should have a monthly holiday for several few days where they are removed from any job, including parenting.
No, sorry but I don't buy that line of thinking at all - everybody has their crosses to bear (no Christian metaphor intended) - menstruation is just one that most women have to deal with (how effectively they deal with it varies enormously). I'm sure it can also be a larger issue for some than others as it would be compounded by any related issues such as mental health.
Besides, Hillary is 60 years old, so I would think she'd have to be past that problem by now.
