I think its an upfront move to the better. It will help people come out of their shells a bit, ease into a conversation without identity, in this they may feel protected. This forum is loaded with people..but you only see a handful reach out..on the other hand something is better than nothing..but I do think this will cast out the dark shadows and motivate individuals to come forth with a lil more courage.
