The server is down because everyone is trying to download it. I'm stuck at 7.10 (cant update). This is probably one of the most anticipated releases yet, though from what I've read it's not nearly as large of a jump as some of their previous versions. Mostly bugfixes and minor changes I imagine, though firefox beta is in the repo.
