This 'all-in-one' thing is a completely cosmetic feature, and one which is in its infancy, particularly in PCs. Probably prices will come, but currently they would be inflated as it is so new and more than a little pitched towards the 'Will I get a PC instead of the Mac I currently have?' market. In my opinion it taints your comparison by reducing the pool of options you can draw from on the PC side - you might as well say you can only compare with machines of the same color, or only machines where the mouse plugs into the keyboard.
