Don't get HP.

I'm so done with them! I requested new and updated software for mine because Windows Vista won't take the disk that came with it.

They sent the updated one, but it was friggen broken in 3 places!! I called them back to request another replacement disk, and now the woman that I spoke to wants to friggen charge me $15.00 for the replacement disk when they sent the first one for free!!!!!

That's not right at all!!!!!
