But i think was mistaken in that it did not work, you see, for some reason my screen goes black while loading. (Which is annoying; no feedback.)
Also while installing Ubuntu at my father. (Prospect convert  ) The option dual install did not appear. Partitioning manually hit a small snag too, but it seemed that the partition table of this computer was wrong for some reason before i started Ubuntu. :s
I also had difficulties with my older computer, but it seems that it's hardware was just failing. (Only liveCDs dont crash, i used Damn Small Linux for a while there.) |
Perhaps you burned your cd/dvd too fast. I burn them no faster than 4x.
