we have almost no rights, the only right we have is to play it in our own homes to ourselves, if anyone who doesn't live there comes into your house then you must turn it off unless you have a "performance license" same goes for playing it in your car with the windows down, and you better not have a radio on your desk at work or theyll be down on you like a hawk,

the above are all true regarding the letter of the agreement when you purchase a CD, which i think personally is f*cking ridiculous.
