People easily see what they want to see. Perhaps i should check some stuff myself

About federalising stuff, perhaps(probably) the federal agencies are not up to the task now, but that does not mean it is a bad idea in general.(As i have said before.) (Question is whether it should be up to the states or the the federal govt also.)
