Blue rare for me. My husband has finally got the hang of eating steak sitting across from me. I actually had a friend who wouldn't go out for steak with me 'cause she just couldn't handle the juices on my plate. Go figure.

No ketchup! Sacrilegious that is. Some seasoning and maybe fried onions and mushrooms on the side. Great meal in itself.
