I enjoy playing the Wii at somebody else's house. But I don't think I actually want to buy one. I have to agree that the novelty wears off fairly fast. It's a brilliant machine with some truly amazing innovations, but I think, at least at this point, game developers haven't been able to really harness the potential of the system in a way that breeds long term addiction.

Is that a bad thing?
