Re: How to start cooking? Take a frying pan and put 2 frozen chicken breasts in. Pour over your favorite salad dressing (Italian, Greek, etc.), put cover on pan and turn burner on little less than medium. Flip chicken after about 10-15 minutes. Chicken is cooked when nothing is oozing out of the top of it.
In pot put 2 cups water, 1 cup rice, 1 teaspoon butter and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Put cover on and turn burner on high until it boils, then to low until all the water is gone (about 10-15 minutes).
In bowl put 3 tablespoons butter and then your favorite frozen veggie (corn is great). Cover with plate and microwave for 5 minutes. Stir. Microwave for another 3-5 minutes.
Great meal and not alot of fuss. |
