It was purely a show taking them to Guantanamo Bay and moaning about inmates receiving good health care treatment - it's Moore's cronies who moan about rights for Gitmo detainees, and then when he finds that they receive notable health care treatment, he slams the US anyway. Talk about damned if you do, damned if you don't.

It's hypocritical. Again, I'll reserve further judgment until I've seen it myself.
I haven't yet seen it either but have seen a clip of the Guantanamo scene in part on TV, and it was clear to me it was a typical Michael Moore method of making a point through humour. I fear that half the reason people who hate the guy so much is because they just don't 'get' the wit. Or perhaps they are somehow offended by satire (making serious points by use of humour).

Another thought - I wonder how the WHO compiles those rankings. Having lived a bit in the USA and a lot in Australia, I know from my perspective the Australian system is far far more accessible to all then the USA system, even if there are some weaknesses. So the rankings in the list don't seem borne out in reality in my view, *if* they are supposedly concerned with accessibility. Perhaps they measure some other approach, like % of GDP spent on health or something.
