Red Hat, Mandrake/Mandriva, Fedora Core, Ubuntu, ArchLinux (that's what I'm using atm and I consider it the fastest, up-to-date etc).

Ubuntu was cool, but too slow and installing/upgrading ATI drivers was always a b*tch.
