It would eliminate the ability to hold a corporation responsible in any way for its actions. But it would have the beneficial side effect of making it possible to hold the individuals of the corporation responsible for their actions instead of giving them a collective nonentity behind which to escape responsibility.

I'm not certain I understand what you mean by a systematic corporation-wide issue. Could you give an example/be more clear?
