I live in the US, so these amendments would apply to the US Constitution:
- Very explicitly reinstate the right of member states to secede from the Union.
- Dissolve the IRS.
- Clarify that the powers granted in the Constitution are the only powers granted to the Federal government.
- Strengthen the Bill Of Rights- all of it.
- Eliminate the pernicious legal fantasy of a corporate 'person'; Define a 'person' to be one individual right there, in the Constitution.
- Rewrite the phrase "Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort." in such a way to cause it to mean that treason consists of levying war against the US or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort, while having pledged allegiance to the US.
- Grant people born on US soil the right to claim citizenship but prevent default granting of citizenship based on birthplace.
That's just off of the top of my head and assuming that instituting anarchies is out of the question.
