The first amendment should be clarified and given much stricter wording.
The government should also be barred from restricting personal actions that do not harm others, such as drugs, sex, etc.
Last, corporate power should be severely curbed, so that the rights of individuals are not harmed by religion (first amendment reform), governments (the first amendment reform plus what i mentioned earlier), nor corporation.
