I think we should more be interested in China. China lacks freedom of speech, we should discuss about whether they should. I do not think free speech can be imposed from the outside, but we can help Chinese people if they want it.

I am not sure China is ready for full-blown free speech, they might simply not have the culture for it. The government may have a point that free speech would destabilize the country. I think they should work towards it though.
