4th option - dismantle the North Korean government, grant asylum to its leader, and put the people and land under South Korean flag.

It will be problematic, as the reunification of Germany was, but in the long term (20-30 years) it will probably be the best for both Koreas.

(Unless it will cause the economic collapse of both)
