It was already supposed to be illegal, so it doesn't make a huge legal difference. It is good because someone is opposing the BS wiretapping that was already going on. Without someone opposing those who abuse their power, the abuse gets worse and worse. Even if it is "political posturing" I'm glad someone opposed Bush on this issue.
