i started giving up when i heard about the ban in scotland and they announced it wold come to england in the future, coz i knew it was only a matter of time, im smoke free now for about 3 months, though before that i was smoke free for about another 3 and had a few weeks weakness

before that i was a b&h gold smoker mostly.
