Although Doom1 & 2 multiplayer is amazing... I'm going to have to go with Halo2.

The Xbox LIVE aspect of Halo2 is just a hands down winner in my opinion. If you've never tried it with the headsets and decent no-lag connections then you need to!

(In about a 1000 games I can only remember about 4 or 5 which lagged.)
