Farscape is also a great show and should never have been cancelled. Thankfully it's played on the 'CW' at least in Michigan sunday nights.

- Does Stargate include SG1 and Atlantis, because as much as I like SG1 I've really been more into Atlantis lately (just can't get behind the Ori storyline)
Well, just planned two watch the two other series(Dr. Who and Farscape) you mentioned.

Well, Atlantis is not bad, but the old Stargate(-SG-1) was much more better. Mostly the 4-5-6 seasons.When I say Stargate, I always think about the original series, because the hungarian title only contain that. I'm very curious about the next Stargate spin-off though. And the two dvd films are soming too.

And highlander has to be science fiction, the storyline was so well thought-out for that series.

Stargate did loose a bit of that initial quality which was present in the first 7 seasons. The ori storyline is good in theory, but it should have been stretched out and developed more. I dont like how the creatures closest to gods were thwarted in 2 seasons, yet the gould with all their stupid cliched bad guy tactics were around for 8. Atlantis has a real good idea with the wraith.

Although the origional replicators has to be one of the best ideas for a bad guy. A childs toy that ends up just wanting to eat and multiply, genius!
Originally they planned to start a new series with the ori, but ended up keeping the name in the sake of more mony maybe. With the ori, stargate became fantasy, instead of sci-fi. I haven't liked it very much, and glad they stopped it.

About Atlantis. If you think about that, the storyline was the same with Rising, it really resembles Children of The God. The 3rd season brought a change into this, with a more darker concept, I think it was good for the show.

One ring to rule them all, one ring to find them;
One ring to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them.
