I used to be heavily into BMX racing but since I started Uni and had a few bad injuries I only do it occasionally now. I still enjoy it, especially the speed and airtime, so I probably won't completely stop racing for the foreseeable future. I don't practice much anymore, just turn up at the track, have 2 laps and then race
I coach more than I ride now actually, especially since it allows me to put my sports science background to use and help the new guys/gals out.
