True. I saw something similar in the documentary "Revolution OS". As part of the movie they portrait some demonstrators obsessed with getting a refund for the OEM copy of Windows bundled with their computers. At first Microsoft said it was the computer vendor who should give them their money back and the computer vendor asid that it was Microsoft. After a demonstration and smearing of Microsoft in the press, they actually succeded in getting their money back, which of course were their legal entitled right right from the start.
