Re: Do you have an exercise plan? I work out 5 or 6 times a week, I divide my workout into upper body, lower body, and cardiovascular. I always rest a particular muscle group for at least 48 hours, and when I do cardio I start with 20 minutes on the cross trainer and then I swim for half an hour, finishing off with sprints using swim fins.
