Possibly a simple 'Hello', and introduce yourself...If you get a reply beyond, 'hi or hey' then you have a chance to further the conversation. The man i currently am dating started the conversation with 'Did you check out the airshow this weekend?', and it's been over 6 months since...I think the conversation starter not being to personal, such as what do you do for work, where do you live is what had me interested.
