Companies more interested in protecting their business rather then focussing on their production are often more successfull, i guess. Luckily some of them produce FOSS software, so that the work is not as easily lost. (and many of the people that actually do the work, do want to be good at it.) I do not see an inconsistentcy, does making FOSS even have a impact on how open/closed the corporation is? |
