I have always preferred the PC. There are several reasons... I remembers when computers were cool and consoles played pong. I have never gotten on with controllers. Too small, stupid little joystick things and not enough buttons.
Whenever I have tried to play with them it involves lots of wires trailing across the living room floor. Not good if the wife wants to watch some telly.

Every game I have tried on a PC that was designed for a console as well has been rubbish. All of the games I have loved on the PC, when they make the move to a console they have to be crippled or reduced in some way.

The first console that I am remotely interested in is the Wii more for the controller and the way it changes the relationship between the player and the game. I also like the idea that they are not trying to set the world on fire with the graphic but concentrate more on game play.
