Thing is I'm not sure how much I want my games to be too different... There are several things I like in a game. These are features that I look for in new games.

I like the game to be immersive, to look and sound as real as possible. There should be objectives, rather than a fragfest. It should be well balanced, a game of skill (The guy with the biggest gun shouldn't have all of the advantages) There should be new skills to learn and it should be a challenge (learning to fly in BF:2 was tough one). A team game where a group of people working together will overcome the lonewolf however good he is. Where good tack ticks and organisation can be developed to to make your team win over the other guys.

Now this is what I want from a game, it's not going to be the same as everyone. Thing is there are enough people who would like what I have described to make the programmers come out with a whole host of games just like that.
