Yes, I do weights as part of my regimen. I've gained a little lean mass, but as far as I'm concerned, maintaining what I have will be more than enough -- according to my body fat percentage I have 96 pounds of lean mass. According to BMI, women of my height at the low end of the healthy range should weigh... 97 pounds. So... yeah.
