I thought the catfight between Manny and the girl from the rival school in "Can't Hardly Wait" helped to show us more of just how much she has changed from the previous seasons. Manny was angry because Darcy wasn't going to allow Mia on the cheerleading squad. She was bound to lash out at someone, so I can't say I was very surprised.
