i'm thinking that alex and paige are still in the awkward breakup phase, and if the plan is to have them get back together then alex not being there makes total sense. it would be weird if paige leaves without ever talking to alex, but i was actually happy that they didn't have the two of them hanging out acting like nothing happened...it gives hope. it's kind of strange that nothing was mentioned by anyone though, i thought for sure marco was going to bring alex up when they were planning the party. they have made the whole palex thing a complete mystery, which is either a good thing and palex will be back, or they have totally dropped the idea and i am reading way too much into everything...besides it seems like the GD sean and emma show.which got really old, really fast
