Now, I'll admit I'm moderately surprised when I see one. A friend of mine who is as white as a sheet is now engaged to a really dark black guy. Looking at their photos, it's a little weird, sure - but they love each other, and it shows. And that erases all the strangeness. I completely agree. It's all about who you are attracted. I think the reason it is more common to date within your own race is people tend to want to be with people who are like themselves and share the same background...there is nothing wrong with dating a member of the same race just as there is nothing wrong with dating a member of another race. It's all about love and what you want from the relationship.
For me...I dont even look at race..it's whoever i find myself attracted too. I've liked a lot of people of many different races.
