Re: Eating habits I don't intentionally eat anything that comes from an organism that: flies, walks, has a brain remotely resembling humans, breaths (via lung-like apparatus) or has eyes (not the kind of eyes like potatoes have, but the actual visual organs).
Which essentially means I eat vegetables and fruit. I'm OK with processed fruits and veggies (as long as they weren't processed using anything in the list above). I eat a lot of soy and wheat based products.
Some of the food that you'd typically find me eating: Veggie sushi, fried tofu, pasta, veggie burgers, Kimchi (awesome spicy Korean food), seitan dishes (makes GREAT meat replacer), TVP dishes (another good meat replacer), and of course as much fresh fruits and veggies as I can.
I cook a lot (obviously it's difficult to eat-out with this kind of diet). |
