Don´t be fooled by Chavez either.

The country have been receiving the biggest incomes the last 8 years (during all his "terms" as president) but he has being a very bad manager and the money has not being well invested (plus the huge amount of corruption in his government) so the nation is just as poor as always, maybe even poorer.

Besides, under his rule, we are experiencing restriction of freedom i a variety of ways: speech, political filiation (anybody that doesnt like his ideas "is against him" in his own words), justice administration and more. He has converted the republic in a mega owner of industries and services, just to show in the long term that they have no capabilitie for managing this industries.
