Put the bread under the grill/broiler. Toast one side of the bread.

Turn over and put cheese (your preference) on the untoasted side. This is the key to the best cheese on toast.

Splash some Worcestershire sauce and tabasco on top. Place back under the grill to melt. Grind some black pepper on if you wish.

It's a spicy guey delight.
