Lightly toast the bread in the toaster first, add slices of extra mature cheddar, splash Worcestershire sauce over cheese, lightly grill 'til cheese bubbles and starts to turn golden. Add slices of large tomatoes. Delicious.

I do like to idea of adding pepper before toasting. I'll try that next time!
