Hun, you and me both.....so well said. I grew up watching the old one and was a huge fan. Didn't get into TNG until this past season (because of Palex). Your right, absolutely nothing was done to sell the storyline and they began it and ended it on the what felt like the same day. There should have been pictures, there should have been interviews with Lauren and Deanna. A lot more could have been done marketing wise and WE the viewers would have been left with some more memories besides the 'get together' ep and the 'break-up' ep. It's a shame. A real shame. But the writers have a second chance now. Palex has a second chance. I hope the writers use both Lauren and Deanna to their fullest potential in season 6 so us fans can feel some respect!
