I can't wait to see BMW's steam-hybrid, THAT should be a trip.

Hybrid is the way to go. Regular gas engines only use about 20% of the energy they harness. The rest goes to waste as excess heat. Not very efficient if you ask me. The only reason they have so much horsepower is for accelleration.
