I'd advise not hitting anyone first. If they're low enough to tell an admin, you're screwed. You could get suspended.

The only problem with physical harassment I had in school, I ended by flipping a guy over my back, over a desk, onto the floor. But violence isn't always the answer. In high school, I found wit, sarcasm, and an ability to crush people with words did the trick.
