We have teen pregnancy because people don't know how to use a fucking condom, and birth control pills. And with the availability of the morning after pill, you have to
want to get pregnant. Also, if you're afraid of getting pregnant, just go oral.
Personally, sex at any age is fine with me, as long as people know the risks, wear a rubber (not a trojan) and make sure it doesn't break. Sex isn't as big a deal as people make it out to be. As a recommendation, I don't think you should wait till you're married. You need practice, and as the old saying goes, why would you buy a car without a test drive?
