So it's done damage while still being illegal? Do you think legalizing them would cause more damage?
Personally I don't... I think them being illegal makes them harder to get from safe places, and makes buying them from a dealer more likely to result in exposure to harder drugs.
I also think the illegality of them turns certain people onto them.
