You have to have 20 posts and they have to be real posts (you can't just write posts to get to 20).
But, once you get there you can download.
It won't take long, just contribute and when you post make it meaningful. So you can get there quick just write meaningful posts!
The reason behind it is, if you are going to take the downloads you should atleast give time back and continue posting after you get to 20!
