i don't think it's fair to say that all xbox 360s crash. it's actually 10% that crash, not 10% that work with no issues.
but unless xbox ships the 360s faster and ramps up production pace, they're never going to outsell playstation. no stores in my town get a new shipment until mid-march, and then only 50.
